Submission Preparation Checklist

Authors must ensure that their manuscript complies with the following requirements prior to submission.
Submissions that do not meet these criteria will be returned without review.

  1. Originality

The manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

  1. File Format

The manuscript must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx).

  1. Abstract (STRICT REQUIREMENT)

A structured abstract (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion) must not exceed 250 words.
Manuscripts exceeding this limit will be returned.

  1. Manuscript Structure (MANDATORY)

The manuscript must include the following sections:

  • Title Page
  • Abstract
  • Keywords (3–5 MeSH terms)
  • Introduction (500–600 words)
  • Methodology (must include study design, sample size calculation, inclusion and exclusion criteria)
  • Results
  • Discussion (600–800 words)
  • Conclusion
  • Limitations (mandatory)
  • References (preferably from the last 5–10 years, with DOI where available)
  1. References Requirement (STRICT)
  • Original Articles: 20–30 references
  • Review Articles: 30–40 references
  • Case Reports: 10–15 references

Manuscripts not meeting these reference requirements may be returned.

  1. Ethical Approval
  • Institutional Review Board (IRB/ERC) approval must be obtained and clearly stated
  • Informed consent must be included where applicable
  1. Plagiarism Policy
  • All manuscripts must be screened using Turnitin/iThenticate
  • Acceptable similarity index: ≤19% (excluding references)
  • The journal reserves the right to request the similarity report
  1. Referencing Style
  • References must follow Vancouver style
  • Citations must be numerical
  • DOI must be included where available
  • Authors are responsible for accuracy and completeness
  1. Tables and Figures

Tables and figures must be properly labeled, numbered, and cited in the text With pixel 300dpi.

  1. Author Contributions (ICMJE – MANDATORY)

Authors must declare contributions according to ICMJE criteria, including:
Concept, Design, Data Collection, Analysis, Writing, and Critical Review.

  1. Conflict of Interest

A conflict of interest statement must be provided by all authors.

  1. Funding Disclosure

Sources of funding (if any) must be clearly declared.

  1. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure (MANDATORY)

Authors must disclose the use of AI tools (if any), including:

  • Name of the tool
  • Purpose of use

AI tools must not be listed as authors.

  1. Language Quality

The manuscript must be written in clear, professional academic English and must be proofread prior to submission.

  1. Peer Review Agreement

Authors agree to the journal’s double-blind peer review process.

  1. Copyright and Licensing

Authors agree to the journal’s open access policy under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.

AI Declaration Requirement

Authors must include one of the following statements in the manuscript:

  • “AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Grammarly) were used for language editing only. The authors take full responsibility for the content.”

OR

  • “No AI tools were used in the preparation of this manuscript.”

Important Notice

  • All manuscripts must strictly adhere to journal requirements
  • Ethical approval, author contributions, and conflict of interest statements are mandatory
  • Original articles must include sample size calculation, inclusion/exclusion criteria, and limitations
  • Non-compliant submissions will be returned without review
