11. Conflict of Interest
All authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest.

Authors are encouraged, and where possible expected, to make underlying data available to support the findings of their study, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

PJAMMR follows a double-blind peer review process. Initial screening typically occurs within 2–4 weeks, followed by external peer review within 2–6 weeks.

Authors must adhere to established reporting guidelines such as CONSORT, STROBE, PRISMA, and CARE, depending on study design.

All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software (Turnitin/iThenticate). A similarity index of ≤19% (single source <5%) is considered acceptable.

Authors must disclose the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in manuscript preparation. AI tools cannot be listed as authors.

Corrections (errata or corrigenda) will be issued for errors that do not compromise the scientific validity of the article.

Articles may be withdrawn prior to publication. Retractions may occur in cases of plagiarism, data fabrication, or ethical violations following COPE guidelines. Retraction decisions are made by the editorial board and a formal retraction notice will be published.

PJAMMR does not accept advertisements that influence editorial decisions or compromise scientific integrity.

Authors have the right to appeal editorial decisions. All complaints are handled transparently, fairly, and in accordance with journal policies.

PJAMMR does not charge any submission or publication fees. There are no Article Processing Charges (APC).

The journal maintains strict confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and personal data of authors, reviewers, and editors.

Authors may deposit the published version of their article in institutional repositories, personal websites, or non-commercial scholarly archives with full citation to the original publication in PJAMMR.
